WHAT I BELIEVE

There is no wrong body to have. There is no wrong sexuality or gender to have. There is no wrong language to speak or wrong brain to have. You are a unique, irreplaceable expression of the universe.
Unlearning is as important as learning.
Trauma and its psychological consequences are an adaptation to an environment not an intrinsic mental illness.
Healing happens in connection. We are meant to co-regulate and co-ordinate with each other.
No one is coming to save us. We have to save ourselves.
